• I will abide by the coaches code of ethics as it appears in the current National Federation Spirit Rules Book.

 

• I will be knowledgeable and adhere to the rules pertaining to each event that my team participates in as set forth by MCCA.

 

• I will ensure that each participant meets all eligibility requirements set forth by MCCA and that each participant on my team’s roster is verified by my school’s athletic director.

 

• I will act in a professional and respectful manner towards MCCA and its officials which will reflect positively on my team, my school, other spirit groups, and cheerleading in general.

 

• I will ensure that all participants in my cheerleading program will follow all standards listed in the MCCA Coaches Code of Ethics.

 

• Failure to comply with this Code of Ethics may result in individual and or team suspension from MCCA events as decided by the MCCA Board of Directors.
