College Announcements

The University of St. Thomas will be holding tryouts on Saturday, April 5th, 2008. Women or men who are planning on attending UST in the fall are welcome to try out.

UST has an excellent program. We are all-girl right now and do quite a few various 2-1/2 high stunts, liberty variation transition stunts, and back tuck baskets and other variations. We cheer football and basketball teams.

Cheerleaders of all talent level are welcome to try out. Every year we have taken a couple of women who have never cheered before but who have obvious potential. By the end of the season they are usually doing some pretty amazing things!

The Mankato State Cheer Team announces 2008 Try-outs. The try-out dates for football and basketball teams are April 5th with registration starting at noon, and hockey try-outs are April 6th with registration starting at 9:30 a.m.
