About MCCA

MCCA is an organization created by coaches for the purpose of assisting and encouraging the growth and improvement of cheerleading throughout the state of Minnesota.

It is the only governing body for cheerleading in the state that is recognized by the Minnesota State High School League.

Coaches from around the state have the opportunity to join a support network with fellow coaches, acquire coaching education at the annual Coaches Conference, and provide their cheerleaders with opportunities to last a lifetime, such as: the All-State Sideline and Competitive Cheer Teams, the Honor Team of Excellence scholarship program, the Great Minnesota Cheer-Off, Regional Academic Award (RAH!), and the Minnesota State Cheerleading Competition.

The Minnesota Cheerleading Coaches Association is a non-profit organization operating under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code as well as from corresponding provisions of other applicable state, local or foreign laws or regulations.
