The 2025 State Cheerleading Competition
*The MCCA State Cheerleading Competition is for school teams and recreational teams not associated with All-Star only.
* Divisions to fit Minnesota Cheerleading better and provide a competitive atmosphere!
*Game Day is being offered and will be broken into four divisions; Varsity Tumbling, Varsity Non-Tumbling, Junior Varsity, and Elementary/Middle School.
*All Varsity traditional routines will participate in a preliminary round of competition to determine who will advance to finals. All other divisions will compete in one round of competition to determine the State Champion.
* Our MCCA Awards Banquet will be held the night before to recognize all of MCCA's other programs
* The State Competition will be divided into 4 sessions.
Order of Divisions:
- Session 1: Elementary, Middle School, JV and Recreational Teams
- Session 2: Varsity Prelims
- Session 3: Game Day - Varsity and Non-Varsity Game Day
- Session 4: Varsity Finals
* 11 National level judges flown in from out of state to be our Panel judges and Safety Judges.

Please complete the online waiver form prior to the event(s). It is your responsibility to complete to form with all the required information. MCCA is NOT responsible if the information is not filled out correctly.
Cheer Coach Safety Certification Course
To align with UCA and MSHSL we will be requiring ALL COACHES accompanying their team at the State Competition to complete the certification course. Proof of certification is required upon registering for the State Competition. The course is accessible online and certification is valid for four years. The online course takes between 3 and 6 hours.

Note: The USA Cheer Youth/Rec Safety & Risk Management Certification course is only accepted for coaches of Elementary and Recreational Cheer Teams.
